All first time customer will need there billing address to be the same shipping address for credit card payments.
TERMS: Orders can be prepaid using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Pay-Pal or a company check. We do not accept personal checks.
CODs: We can ship orders C.O.D. which can be paid with company check, certified check or money order. There is a additional $14 charge per order for this service.
OPEN ACCOUNTS: Accounts are established by approval of the Earl Mich Company credit department after receipt of a signed Earl Mich credit application. Our terms are 1% 10 net 30. Past due accounts are subjected to a 1.5% monthly service.
RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned to us for any reason are subject to $30.00 bank charge.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via GROUND UPS unless otherwise instructed. Larger orders will be shipped local motor freight. We pay shipping charges on materials as noted. All other products are shipped F.O.B our WOOD DALE PLANT unless otherwise indicated. Free local delivery also available, Call for details.
REFUSED SHIPMENT/CANCELED ORDERS: Customers are responsible for any orders shipped COD and refused, and for any work completed before notification of cancellation.
RETURN POLICY: No material will be accepted for return, exchange, or refund without a RMA.
MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). All materials are warranted free from defects and user shall determine suitability of use before purchasing. Stock material may be returned for credit, for legitimate reason (EMC reserves the right to determine) and a nominal re-stock fee (determined by EMC) will be charged. All materials must be returned within 30 days. No returns allowed on closeout, seconds or discontinued items for any reason.

MINIMUM CHARGE:/HANDLING CHARGE: There is no minimum charge, however orders under $25.00 are subject to a small order handling charge of $2.00

SHORTAGES/DAMAGES/ERRORS: Please report any shortages or errors to us WITHIN 7 DAYS, otherwise shipment will be regarded as complete. Please report any damages to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. All goods leave EMC FACTORY packaged properly, and in excellent shape.
NEW PRODUCTS/PRODUCTS NOT LISTED: In order to offer you the most complete selections of materials and colors, we are always updating and adding new colors & product lines. If you do not see what you are looking for, please ask customer service, because we cannot possibly stock or list all offerings, sizes and colors of the different products available. Let us know what you need and we will do whatever we can to get it.
SPLICES: Can occur during the manufacturing process, if they occur they will be clearly marked and at least two additional feet are added to the roll. Most 50 yard rolls will have a maximum of one splice, except reflective and other specialty products. Call for additional info.
SPECIAL ORDERS/DROP SHIP ITEMS - These items may not be canceled or returned if the items are in accordance with original order. Some manufacturers require a $10.00 to $30.00 handling fee for drop-ship items.

EMC warrants the buyer that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship, but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product only. The warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied. Under no circumstances will EARL MICH CO. EMC be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use EARL MICH CO. products.
